Statement
To support the total educational process by providing instructional services
and materials to meet the needs of a diverse student population.
Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m.--9:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m.--2:30 p.m.
Testing Services Available
Monday thru Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Resources and Services
The Guided Studies Center offers a variety of services to RCC students, students enrolled at other colleges and universities, and the general public. Educational materials are available to RCC curriculum students, as well as free tutoring for those RCC curriculum students who need additional academic support.
Coordinators provide appropriate tutors and /or study materials based on instructor referral. Coordinators also provide assistance and materials to students who want to improve their math, writing, or study skills.
Community
Use
Members of the community are welcome to use the Guided Studies Center computers to do research and/or type school related papers. Guided Studies staff will assist community users but may not provide tutorial assistance. When the Guided Studies Center is busy and computer space and resources are in high demand, Richmond Community College students have first priority.
