What information do I need to send to apply for a position?

To apply for a vacant position at Richmond Community College, simply complete the RCC Application and submit it along with your transcripts.

Where do I mail this application packet?

Personnel Director, Richmond Community College, PO Box 1189 (or 1042 West Hamlet Avenue), Hamlet, NC 28345

What is meant by the application deadline?

The complete application packet must be received by the Personnel Department by the deadline date in order to be considered for the position. Incomplete packets or packets received after the deadline will not be considered.

I submitted my complete packet by the deadline, now what can I expect?

Applicant packets will be reviewed and applicants meeting minimum requirements will be forwarded to the Chair of the Interview Committee. The committee will then review the applications and invite the top applicants for interview. Once interviews have been completed, the committee will make a recommendation for employment and obtain approval to make an offer. The chair will then contact the selected candidate to offer them the position. All candidates will be contacted by the College in writing informing them of their status in regards to the position.
