Archiving Courses
Follow this guide if you want to archive a course for possible reuse. We periodically clean the server of old courses, so if you might need to reuse a course later, this will help you.

OpenOffice
A free alternative to Microsoft Office for students who cannot afford a license for their home computers. OpenOffice applications (Write, Spreadsheet, Presentation, etc.) are file compatible with their Microsoft equivalents. (OpenOffice is a large download, so it is not practical for dialup connections.)
Word Viewer
If a student simply needs to open and print Word files (no editing is allowed), this free viewer from Microsoft is available.
Excel Viewer
If a student simply needs to open and print Excel files (no editing is allowed), this free viewer from Microsoft is available.
