After clicking this link, the email login page will appear. The user name for email is constructed the same way as in Blackboard, using the First Initial, Middle Initial, and Last Name. For Mary Kay Smith (Student ID 3456789), the "Username" is mksmith. Note: Just as in Blackboard, the student's password for email is initially Your Student ID Number. Below, Mary Smith has entered her Username and Password information.

Clicking the Sign In button will now take Mary to her account. Since this is the first time Mary has used her student email account, she will see a setup screen. She will need to do two things. First, she will type characters she sees on the screen. (She has entered these in the text box.) She must accept the Google Terms of Service by clicking the button labeled: I accept. Create my account. (Note: This will only have to be done the first time the student signs in to a new account.)

NOTE: Mary's email address is now mksmith@student.richmondcc.edu.

Mary now has full access to her email account and start using it to correspond with faculty, school staff, or other students.
