Welcome to RCC’s College and Career Readiness! Our mission is to assist adults to learn and to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and self-sufficiency, assist adults who are parents to obtain the educational skills necessary to become full partners in the educational development of their children, and assist adults in the completion of a high school education. College and Career Readiness classes provide educational opportunities for adults to improve their reading, writing, mathematics, and communication skills through five major program components – Adult Basic Education (ABE), Adult High School (AHS), Compensatory Education (CED), English as a Second Language (ESL) and General Educational Development (GED). In all program areas, students follow individual learning plans designed to help them meet their unique goals. This enables students to learn at their own pace with one-on-one assistance from an instructor as needed.
