What Job Do You Want?
Before you decide what to study, you need to have an idea about what you want to do. Richmond Community College has worked with Richmond County Schools and Scotland County Schools to develop Technical Education Pathways leading to a wide variety of careers in areas such as advanced manufacturing, business, public services and health sciences. These pathways link degree, diploma and certificate programs at RCC with careers that are found in Richmond and Scotland Counties and beyond.
Take a look below to see the jobs that can be pursued after earning your degree, diploma or certificate at RCC. Pick a career and you will see a Pathway that shows how coursework at RCC can lead to a certificate, then a diploma or degree, and then to the career you want.
High School Students: You can start these Pathways to the career you want while still in high school. Through Career & College Promise, you can take RCC courses for FREE while still enrolled in high school. If you have any questions, please contact Kary Edmondson, Director of K-12 Partnerships, at 910.410.1928 or Christy Mabe (Richmond County) at 910.410.1762 or Crystal Collins at 910.277.3964.
College Students and Adult Learners: The Pathways work for you too! The certificates, diplomas and degree programs in each of these pathways are offered at one or both of our campuses in Hamlet and Laurinburg. You can pursue your career NOW!
