WebAdvisor Handbook has a complete set of instructions on how you can schedule classes, check your grades, and review your curriculum requirements.
Student records are like your personal credit history: They need to be current, accurate, and checked periodically by each student. It's a student's responsibility to properly drop a course to avoid damaging a grade point average and the possible financial aid consequences that accompany dropping courses.
The "Family and Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974" (P.L.93-380, S513) signed by the President of the United States became law as of November 9, 1974. The law speaks to requirements related to the privacy of student files and records. Whenever a student enrolls at an institution of postsecondary education, the law determines that permission or consent regarding a student's educational record accorded to the parents of the student at the secondary level are transferred to the student.

RCC holds only one graduation ceremony in the spring of each year. Students must complete an application for graduation, pay the $35 graduation fee in the Business Office, and have their advisor sign off on the completion of their program before the March 1 deadline each year. Be prepared for this important time in your life by learning more about graduation requirements.
Final grades for currently enrolled students will be available on the student's WebAdvisor account once they have been submitted by the instructor. You should wait at least 48 hours after the semester ends to expect grades to be posted.
