RCC does not participate in Federal Stafford or Direct loans.
College Funds Installment Plan
This plan is available to help students pay tuition and fees that are not covered by financial aid or other resources. Smaller, interest-free monthly payments may be arranged rather than paying a full lump sum at the beginning of the semester. Payments are due on or before the first of each month and may be made by check, money order or automatic bank draft. A nonrefundable enrollment fee is required.
