RCC Foundation

The RCC Foundation is the fundraising arm of Richmond Community College in Hamlet, NC. We serve both Richmond and Scotland Counties and award more than 100 need and merit-based scholarships annually. RCC is currently the fastest-growing community college in the state, with 42% enrollment growth in the past 5 years - 15% of that occurring just in this past year. Richmond and Scotland Counties have two of the highest unemployment rates in North Carolina, so we focus many of our programs on the needs of displaced workers, as well as high school graduates looking for affordable alternatives to four full years at a major college or university.
